Hartville Cabinet is looking to grow! We’re looking for individuals that have high standards and are willing to see a challenging project through to completion. Working with designers and architects, we are frequently presented with unique ideas that need creativity and determination to make a reality. Throughout the process, we also strive to work with strong Christian ethics and expect employees to work with the same values of honesty, integrity, and care for each other.
Currently we’re looking for help in these areas:
Cabinet Finisher
Our cabinet finishers are part artists and part athletes. The techniques needed to spray large face frames or multisided cabinet boxes requires agility and an internal desire to make sure it’s perfect. We handle painting, staining, glazing, antiquing, tinting, buffing, cerusing and more. A sharp eye and often an artistic approach is needed for coming up with a variety of looks. We do our own color matches by eye. We hand sand between each coat of finish. This is a position that requires the ability to stick with the project to the end and take pride in what you’ve produced. Experience is highly valued, though products and techniques are constantly evolving, so anyone with the artistic touch can be trained.
